Prices

  • La Lana rocks prices include 21% VAT and are in Euros.

Shipping costs and delivery time within the Netherlands

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands are from € 3.95
  • Free shipping from €50
  • La Lana rocks strives to make and ship the order within three days. This depends on the size of the order and/or the materials are in stock. Should that fail, you will receive a message as soon as possible.
  • La Lana rocks is not responsible for delayed deliveries and/or loss or damage related to delivery.

Payment methods for customers with a Dutch bank account number

  • Payment is possible with IDEAL, Apple Pay and Credit Card through Mollie.

Shipping costs and delivery time outside the Netherlands

  • Mailbox package with track & trace from €5.70

  • Letterbox package registered with track & trace from € 10,50

  • La Lana rocks is not responsible for delayed deliveries and/or loss or damage related to delivery.

Payment methods for foreign customers

  • Payment is possible with IDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Credit Card through Mollie.

Guarantees

  • La Lana rocks guarantees that the products delivered are in accordance with the agreement. If there is a defect in the products delivered, it must be reported no later than 14 days after receipt.
  • The products must be returned within this period in which the customer indicates whether to cancel the order or opt for replacement or repair.
  • Returns are subject to a number of conditions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged. The following information must be included with the return: name, address, place of residence, email address, reason for return and/or replacement or just dissolution of the order is desired. The goods must be returned to us with postage paid. Unstamped shipments will not be accepted by us.
  • La Lana rocks will replace the delivered product within 14 days if after delivery it is found to be out of order (under normal use) or different from what was ordered.

Exchanges/Returns

  • Within 14 days, ordered products can be returned without giving a reason. In original packaging and unused.
  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
  • If you return the entire order, the shipping costs charged will also be refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded.

Complaint Procedure

  • Complaints can be sent to us by e-mail. We will contact you no later than three business days after receipt.

Copyright photos

  • No photo may be reproduced and/or made public, by print, photocopy, photo of photo, microfilm, digital or any other means without prior written permission from La Lana rocks.

Privacy

  • The information provided to us is treated with the utmost care.
  • Should you, as a customer, wish to view, correct or have your data deleted, please contact us.
  • La Lana rocks reserves the right at all times to refuse customers who have tried in any way to abuse the services of La Lana rocks.
