Returns

If you want to exchange or return the order please always within 14 days (see return conditions).
Then send a message to mail@lalana.rocks with your order number from the order.
The purchase amount will then be refunded within 14 days upon receipt of the return.

Return conditions

– The item has not been worn/used.
– The item is not damaged.
– The item will be returned with original packaging.
– Shipping costs of the item to be exchanged and/or returned are at your own expense.
